Stage It Up Youth Theater Group mission is to "teach youth the importance of performing well in life as well as on stage". This will be accomplished by providing a positive, creative and safe environment for the youth to openly express themselves while watching their words come alive on stage.

Through this program, Stage It Up seeks to develop participants’ artistic, self-esteem, positive social interaction, life skills and coping skills to deal with life stressors. Stage It Up program incorporates multiple skills such as voice projection, improvisation, character development, team building, acting techniques, creative writing and show production. These skills enable participants to have a deeper understanding and a love for the dramatic arts while teaching showmanship, memorization and originality.

Participants from the ages 12-18 will have the opportunity to be a part of live performances, meet new people, learn from professionals, develop audition techniques and most of all have fun. In addition, to live performances participating youth will have the opportunity to perform what they learn in front of their families and peers.

All youth will be asked to follow a code of conduct and received permission from their parents to participants.
